What is your reship policy for high risk countries?
We have a strict no-reship policy with any high risk countries. This includes, but not limited to Africa, APO/FPO, Australia, Brazil, Canada and New Zealand. If you are unclear of your country’s risk status, please contact us and submit a contact ticket form. These terms must be agreed upon in checkout to place your order. Due to strict customs clearance regulations we DO NOT ship to Russian Federation, Belarus and Ukraine. Important Note; If you based on EU citizen countries and UK, Only we can give 100% delivery insurance for Europe and UK warehouse manufactures.
My order was returned to shipped country by the shipping carrier. What happens next?
Unfortunately, returned packages are lost as warehouses are unable to retrieve any returned deliveries. Most of time packages are being returned because a wrong or insufficient address was provided or the package had not been picked up on time. Anabolicsfast can’t be responsible in both scenarios. Please go personally to your local post office and proceed with an inquiry. Sometimes, packages can be returned because import documents are missing. In this case we need a copy of the notification to initiate a reship. We highly recommend to check tracking numbers and your post box more frequently and be careful on putting the real name and address when placing your order.
I missed my package delivery (nobody was at the address to sign for the package).
The post office usually keep your package for 4-5 business days before they will return to sender. Make sure to contact the post office with your tracking number to schedule re-delivery or pick up the package at post office immediately.
May I return package to sender?
No, you can not return any packages to warehouses, for more questions do not hesitate to create a contact ticket form.
